The location is fabulous, close enough to the action without being in the hustle and bustle, and within walking distance to major attractions. The service is friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall stay. The dining options are good, catering to varying preferences. However, the pricing could be more competitive.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The room was cozy, with a balcony offering lovely views of the river, although a bit small for a family with a baby. The service was exceptional, with special surprises like a complimentary birthday cake. The location was a hidden gem by the riverside, perfect for a tranquil retreat amidst the city buzz. I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were perfect with a view of the river, very comfortable bed, and a terrific bath looking at the pool area. The location was ideal for sunset drinks and relaxing while watching the boats go by, just a stone's throw away from the night market and a fantastic array of food options. The service was proactive and accommodating, with staff organizing a driver for pickups and tours to Bana Hills Golden Hand Bridge. However, the dining experience, although delicious with a large spread of local and western delights, fell slightly short compared to Vietnam's standards.
